Important Information
*Beginning September 1st, 2022 we will be offering only one type of membership which will be a combination of the two previous types of memberships. The cost for a single adult under the new “Membership” will be $2200 Annually or $199 Monthly as noted here. In addition to the change in cost (and due to changes in staffing) we will, unfortunately, no longer be able to offer after hours contact. Current members who have memberships that renewed prior to September 1st, 2022 will remain in their current status until their renewal date. Any membership renewing on or after September 1st, 2022 or any person wanting to sign up for a “brand new” membership on or after August 16th, 2022 will fall under the new type of Membership.

When you choose to become a member with us you'll receive an increased quality of care. "Membership" allows you to receive medical "primary care" services from our practice. In addition to this, we also offer wellness options that are included in your membership.
